Please complete this questionnaire so that BizKicker may build the most effective web presence for your business. Your complete answers will help BizKicker to attract the greatest number of prospects possible, so please provide as much detail as possible!

  • If you are doing business with your clients using a name different from your Business Legal Name
  • The physical location of your business. If you operate from a residence and you do not wish to publish your street address, please enter your city, state and zip only.
  • This is the number at which you wish clients to contact you.
  • This should be a 1-3 word category. EX: "hair salon", "pet sitter", "attorney", etc.
  • Please describe in a few words what your business is and does. This should be a fairly short description (we'll ask for longer ones later, don't worry!)
  • The email address your clients use to contact you
  • This should be your public business web address (if you have one yet...if not, no problem!)
  • This should be a very hard-to-guess password that you and BizKicker will use to administer your account. BE SURE to write it down!
    When people type in your current website address (if you have one) do you want them to forward to your new BizKicker website? We recommend it.
  • No fair skimping on this one. Describe your business in as much detail as you can. This is critical so that BizKicker can promote your business as effectively as possible. List and describe your products and services, what makes you different and why people should do business with you specifically.
  • Tell Us About Your Best Prospects

  • Please list all the cities, towns and areas in which your best prospects live in the order in which you'd like to promote. In other words, from the areas in which you are most likely to find clients to the areas in which you are least likely to find clients.
  • Please list in order of most-likely-to-buy prospect's area codes to least-likely-to-buy prospect's area codes. There are usually several in large urban areas, but your business may serve only be one.
  • Please list any relevant/nearby points of interest such as major universities, major shopping malls, etc. These will be search term modifiers that BizKicker will use to promote your business. EX: If your business is near the UCLA campus, you would include "UCLA" in your list.
  • Tell Us About Your Competition!

  • Please list your business' competitors in the format NAME, WEBSITE in order of the ones you'd most like to surpass! You may list up to five of your competitors. If you don't know of any competitors, you can search just like your new potential client would by using generic terms (EX: "pet sitters los angeles").
  • If you have one or more reviews on a review website, please list the website address here. Yelp, Citysearch, Judy's List, Google, etc. If you have more than one review posted, please list any additional websites in "Anything Else" below.
  • This is a key element of the BizKicker philosophy - you should brand your BizKicker website with a picture of YOU. Even if you're camera-shy, your photo tells people there is a real person running this business and that you stand behind your business. Portrait layout is recommended for best results.
  • Please tell us anything else relevant about your area or business that BizKicker could use to promote you. This could include relevant hobbies, service or interest groups (EX: Rotary Club), affiliations with large corporations, etc.
